Escape Pod passes are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are redeemable purely on Escape Pod cabin stays.
Passes are non-refundable.
The pass will be sent in the form of an email to the purchaser or the nominated email address at checkout, the email confirmation will have a unique transaction code which will be required to use on booking, so keep this email safe.
